2nd Annual Entrepreneur Day 2013 (Daily Updates – Please Support by Liking & Sharing this Site!)
“Innovation is the Cart, and Entrepreneurs are the Horses. We focus too much on loading up the cart, we need to focus on Entrepreneurs to commercialize the load, if we want to create jobs and grow the economy.” - Jim Clifton, Chairman & CEO of Gallup and Author of The Coming Jobs War
San Diego Entrepreneur Day 2013 (two days!) - Friday Evening, September 27th & Saturday Day, September 28th 2013
San Diego Entrepreneur Day was created around the concept of corporate giving and social responsibility in order to benefit entrepreneurs and small businesses.
It will be 2-days for Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses to take advantage of Discovery, Recognition, Collaboration and our Celebration of Entrepreneurship!
Last year’s inaugural Entrepreneur Day 2012 was a complete success, with thousands of attendees and over 110 exhibitors, and our valued-sponsors.
Entrepreneur Day 2013′s Official Media Sponsor and Partner is radio station 91X. Listen to billionaire Mark Cuban, he shares how San Diego’s very own radio station, 91X helped him to become one of America’s Finest Entrepreneurs. Listen here: Mark Cuban comments about 91X

Entrepreneur Day is a US-wide invitation for networking, practical education, entertainment and “staycation” event providing many of the following benefits such as: learning how to launch a startup concept and growing an existing company/business, and areas related to: customer acquisition, new product/service education, future partnerships, investor introductions, inventors, mentors, as well as other interactive and useful experiences and activities for all who attend. Other opportunities may include: match making in the areas of business and customer development, product demonstrations, market research surveys, talent search, internships, resume workshops, employment interviews, companies seeking distributors, and manufacturing and suppliers, and potentially military-veteran transition opportunities.
“Discover, Recognize, Collaborate and Celebrate Entrepreneurship” - For two days, if all of the entrepreneurial communities can come together it will only help the US economy grow stronger as a whole. (next year – we are planning for 3 days or more)
The venue is in the popular downtown East Village Business District, San Diego’s largest eclectic urban neighborhood with trendy warehouse-loft style buildings, adjacent to Petco Park and the City of San Diego’s new state-of-the-art public library.
San Diego is one of America’s favorite destination cities for its weather, miles of beaches and beach living communities, proximity to the mountains and desert, waterfronts, downtown urban vibe, universities, military bases, zoo, parks, Legoland, SeaWorld, hotels, craft beers, industry and global entrepreneur leaders in tech, sciences, research foundations, non-profits, sports, B2B, food, fashion, small businesses, architecture, arts, music, and products for pets, as well as the international border, cultural diversity, and the people who have come to San Diego to live, work and play from all over the world!
We consider San Diego as one of the top test marketing, branding and product launch cities in the US!
Entrepreneur Day will inspire many people, including students, and bring confidence to those looking to take their business concepts to reality by meeting their peers. Look for potential collaboration and partnership opportunities with the event’s participating exhibitors, attendees and sponsors.
The goal and formula is to proactively help launch/ignite at least 500 Entrepreneurial Concepts/Small Businesses who would employ up to 5 people or utilize contractors/vendors. 500 startups X 5 would equal 2,500 new jobs/work in all vertical markets!
There are exhibitor booths and multiple interactive events and activities planned. San Diego Entrepreneur Day offers an open invitation to all vertical markets and startups to get involved to exhibit and collaborate: Tech/Internet, Food/Beverage, Bar/Restaurants, Financial/Insurance, Bio/ Medical, Sports/Lifestyle, Fashion/Design/Arts, Music/Entertainment, Automotive, Energy/Eco, Travel/Hotel, Print/Digital Media, Legal, Real Estate, Aerospace, Military/Government, Non-Profits, Personal and Professional Development Services and more.
